Ship’s Store Attendant:
is located in the heart of our marina and is the central location for all of our questions and information requests. Sharing your knowledge of Lake Minnetonka with guests by answering phones and helping with sales will quickly prove that your customer service skills are key to our marina. After completing training, our Office Coordinators are able to file, perform data entry, have enhanced general computer skills along with the ability to answer just about any question. Accurate typing skills are needed. General cleaning and maintenance duties apply.
Boat Club Host:
If you like customer service you’ll love working with boat club customers. Our goal is to help our members find new and innovative ways to enjoy Lake Minnetonka. You’ll share your knowledge while reviewing inventory and safety information. General cleaning and maintenance duties apply.
Boat Cleaners and Yard Position:
In the spring and fall we have temporary positions involving washing outsides and vacuuming insides of boats along with other general yard work. Lots of hours are available! These positions often lead to summer employment!In/Out Service Boat Runner:
The In/Out Service is our dry stack storage, an alternative to wet slip dockage. We keep boats in our warehouse and launch by forklift when our customers want to use them. Your job as an In/Out Boat Runner is to start and drive the boat from the launching dock to the holding dock and properly tie it to our holding dock. You must have excellent driving skills for boats up to 23 feet. General cleaning and maintenance duties apply.Boat Rental Attendant:
Our rental boats are a representation of our marina on all parts of Lake Minnetonka. Our Rental Attendants are the reason our boats are clean and well maintained. After training, your responsibilities will be explaining boat operating procedures before and after the cruise along with cleaning. General cleaning duties/maintenance, and strength requirements apply.Gas Dock Attendant:
Our gas dock is a full service operation and is often first point of contact for our customers. Our Dock Attendants are responsible for maintaining a clean working environment and enforcing our #1 safety rule - no smoking. Catching and tying up boats, pumping gas and toilets, cleaning and other maintenance duties apply. Gas dock employment requires you must be at least 16 years of age with good basic math skills.
Wage Rate based on time available to start shift, skills, and experience!
