How Do I Make a Reservation?
As a member, visit your private member only website which you'll be given after you join. Members will be given a username and password to log in with. Select your date and pick from the times available. Proceed to confirm your reservation by checking out. You are able to manage your reservations under the My Reservations tab.
How Do Reservations Work?
Members are able to make two reservations online up to two weeks in advance. Reservations are made on a rolling basis, and you will be able to make a new reservation online after your reservation is over. You can also call us the day of, and any pontoons that are available, you are able to use. Spontaneous use reservations will not interfere with your two reservations already on the books, it's an extra perk for members.
How Long are Reservations?
A reservation consists of four hour* time blocks with AM and PM time frames. Members are able to use a boat all day (eight hours) Monday through Thursday. On Friday through Sunday and Holidays, we limit customers to either an AM or PM reservation.
